Barnie & Tiur 18th April 2009….. what a day!!!
April 19th, 2009Barnie & Tiur’s wedding day was so much fun… The whole bridal party got ready in a suite at Crown. We then caught a water taxi up the Yarra River to Fed Sq where we had lunch at TAXI. The food was sensational, Barnie, Tiur and the gang laughed, ate and drank French Bubbles while I snapped away.
From there we walked around the city getting some great images using Melb. CBD as our backdrop. We finished up back at Crown with enough time for Tiur to change into her traditional dress for the ceremony, a quick touch up with the hair and makeup and we were off to the Ceremony.
The ceremony was held at a private home right on the banks of the Yarra River. Barnie & Tiur looked wonderful in their traditional outfits. With Greg Evens as their Celebrant the ceremony was filled with a lot of laughs and many tears of joy. We quickly took a few family photo’s after the ceremony then it was time to kick back and enjoy the wonderful reception.

Who’d thought that this little kid on the bike would end up taking the most breath taking images of people. Recreating the look of a person or people on paper is an art, but to do it with such style, class, sophistication and all in good fun, is amazing.

You look like a determined little boy … so glad you got that first camera and started snapping away. Our home would not be complete without your images covering our walls. We love you!
Oh, and please dig out this lovely hat for your next trip to Nashville!
